StepHouse, a brand operated by its respective legal entity, with its registered office in Spain, is organizing this giveaway (hereinafter, “the Giveaway”) for residents of its 11 student residences in Spain and Portugal.
The purpose of the drawing is to encourage residents to participate in the annual satisfaction survey, which aims to gather residents’ feedback on their experience at the residence in order to improve services for the coming academic year.
Anyone who meets the following requirements is eligible to enter the drawing:
Employees of StepHouse, the parent company, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
The entry period begins on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. and ends on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (local time at each residence).
Entries received outside this period will not be valid for the drawing.
To enter the drawing, you must:
Survey responses are never linked to personal information, thereby ensuring the anonymity of the responses.
Only one entry per resident is allowed. If multiple entries are detected from the same resident, all of them will be void.
Two (2) Apple Watches will be raffled off among all participants who meet the requirements described in section 3.
Each prize is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
The winners and alternates will be selected on Monday, May 11, 2026, using the “Online and Random Draws” application, ensuring that the process is random and impartial.
The following will be selected:
StepHouse will retain a record or video of the drawing for transparency purposes.
Winners will be notified by the staff at the respective residence, who will contact them in person, via WhatsApp, or by phone using the contact information provided on the raffle entry form.
The winner will have five calendar days from the date of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize. If no response is received within that period, the first alternate will be contacted, and so on.
The award will be presented at the residence itself, after the winner has been identified.
The information provided by participants on the Sweepstakes entry form (last name and room number) will be processed by StepHouse for the sole purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, identifying the winners, and notifying them of their prize.
The legal basis for the processing is the participant’s consent, which is provided by completing the Sweepstakes form.
The data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the drawing and deliver the prize, and will be deleted once that process is complete.
Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability at any time by writing to the contact address associated with their residence or to StepHouse’s official address, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.
Participation in the drawing implies full acceptance of these rules. Failure to comply with any of the conditions set forth herein will result in automatic exclusion from the drawing.
StepHouse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time for valid reasons, notifying participants through the same channels used to announce it.
The prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes are subject to the Spanish tax laws in effect at any given time. If the value of the prize exceeds the legal thresholds that trigger a withholding or advance payment obligation, StepHouse will comply with the applicable obligations and notify the winner.
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. To resolve any dispute that may arise from their interpretation or application, the parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the organizer’s place of business, unless otherwise provided by consumer protection laws.
