LENGTH OF STAYS
Full academic year: September 1, 2026, to August 15, 2027.
Academic year: September 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027 (10 months).
Mid-term stays: 1 to 9 months.
THE PRICE INCLUDES

OPTIONAL SERVICES
▪ Each additional room cleaning: €15
▪ Car parking: €35; motorcycle parking: €20
RESERVATIONS
Reserve a spot
▪ €250, payable upon confirmation of the application.
Security deposit
▪ New residents: €800 (refundable at the end of the academic year, subject to certain conditions).
▪ You have 5 days from the date you receive the email confirming your spot to complete payment and sign the contract.
Payment method
▪ Monthly payment, in accordance with the terms set forth in the contract.
