All utilities (water, electricity, internet), access to common areas such as coworking spaces, gym, and terraces, all annual events (with exclusive perks for residents) plus access to private areas.

Do I need to pay anything to secure my room?
Yes. To reserve your room before they run out, a deposit is required. Check with the residence for more details.
What happens if I’m not accepted into the university?
Don’t worry, we’ll refund the deposit if you don’t get a spot at the university.
When do I need to pay the deposit?
Once you’ve booked your spot, you’ll receive an email asking for the information we need to draw up your contract and pay the security deposit. You’ll have five days to make the payment and send over the required details. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, please check the refund conditions for more info.
What do I need to bring when I move in?
Everything is ready for you: furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven/microwave, refrigerator, and more. Just bring your personal items and you’re all set!
What type of events and activities are organized?
From workshops and talks to sports activities, trips, and social events, we offer an annual calendar designed to foster community and learning. And of course, we take into account the interests and concerns of our residents to tailor these events to them.
How can I manage my mail and packages?
We have a reception system where you can pick up your letters and packages during set hours.
What is not allowed?
For safety reasons, heaters, additional appliances, and personal furniture are not allowed.
Can I stay for just one semester or during the summer?
Of course. We offer semester stays and summer periods. Check availability with our team.
What happens if I want to cancel my contract?
Cancellations are accepted if they are justified: non-admission to the university (first choice), visa denial, not passing the entrance exam, or waiting for cutoff marks (subject to availability). Cancellations must be notified by email as soon as possible, and the refund will be processed within 30 days of notification.
