How can I book a room?

Can I choose my room?
Provided there is availability, you can choose the room that best suits your needs. You can do this through our website or by speaking directly with our team, who will advise you throughout the process.

Do I have to pay anything to secure my room?
Yes. In order to reserve your room before they sell out, a deposit is required. Check with the residence for more details.

What happens if I am not accepted into university?
Don't worry, we will refund your deposit if you do not get a place.

When should I pay the deposit?
After reserving your place, you will receive an email asking you for the information necessary to formalize your contract and pay the security deposit. You will have five days to make this payment and complete the required information. This amount will be refunded at the end of your stay. Please consult the refund conditions.

What do I need to bring when I move in?
Everything is ready for you: furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with oven/microwave, refrigerator, and more. Just bring your personal belongings and you're all set!

What types of events and activities are organized?
From workshops and talks to sports activities, trips, and social events, we offer an annual calendar designed to foster community and learning. And of course, we take into account the tastes and interests of our residents to tailor these events to them.

How can I manage my mail and packages?
We have a reception system where you can pick up your letters and packages at set times.

What is not allowed?
For safety reasons, heaters, additional appliances, and personal furniture are not allowed.

Can I stay for just one semester or during the summer?
Of course. We offer semester-long stays and summer stays. Check availability with our team.

What happens if I want to cancel my contract?
Cancellations are accepted if justified: non-admission to university (first choice), visa refusal, failure to pass university entrance exams, or waiting for final grades (depending on availability). Cancellations must be notified by email as soon as possible and refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification.
