Connect from day one. StepForward makes it easy with parties, activities, and plans designed so you don't miss out on anything (or anyone). At our youth residence, it's not just the place that matters, it's the people.
You're not here to sit still. Travel in a group, escape to the snow, visit other StepHouse residences, and make every weekend count. StepForward is about moving, discovering, and never stopping.
Here, people play, run, and cheer, whether in leagues between dorms, improvised clubs, or spontaneous games. Sport is experienced like everything else: with friends and good vibes.
Here you also learn, but in your own way: with talks and workshops that inspire, make you think, and prepare you for what's to come, beyond books and schedules.
Feeling good is also about this. At StepHouse, there are spaces, activities, and plans to take care of your body, release tension, and keep your head in the right place.

At StepHouse, conversations inspire, connections open doors, and trust grows without you even realizing it. Living in one of our student accommodations is like opening the door to what you are about to discover: making mistakes, growing, finding yourself, and knowing that you are experiencing something you will remember forever. Just like you remember a real home.

Okay, you've got it.
But just in case you have any doubts.
Okay, you're sure about that. But just in case you have any doubts.
How many student residences does StepHouse have in Madrid?
Four: Plaza de España, Cantoblanco, Pozuelo, and Vicálvaro. The same lifestyle, each in its own neighborhood.
Which residence hall is closest to my university?
If you study at UAM or Comillas Cantoblanco, Cantoblanco. If you attend UFV, Somosaguas, or ESIC, Pozuelo. If you’re at URJC or the Polytechnic University’s South Campus, Vicálvaro. And if you attend ICADE, ICAI, Nebrija, CUNEF, or Complutense Moncloa, Plaza de España.
What's the difference between the four?
The neighborhood and the surrounding area. Plaza de España is right in the heart of the city; Cantoblanco is the newest and has green spaces; Pozuelo has a pool and a rooftop terrace; Vicálvaro is a neighborhood where everything is close at hand. What's inside—the people, activities, and atmosphere—is the same in all four.
What types of rooms are available?
Studio, Studio Plus, Studio Top, 2DIO, and 3DIO, depending on the residence. Each listing provides details on the available options.
How much does a college dorm cost in Madrid?
It depends on the dorm and the room. Here are the prices for each one, with no fine print: Plaza de España, Cantoblanco, Pozuelo, and Vicálvaro.
What's included in my stay?
[Copy the answer you already have under “Services and Facilities” here so that it’s consistent with the rest of the website].
Will I meet people?
Unless you go out of your way to avoid it, yes. There are plans every week; no one forces you to join in, but almost everyone ends up doing so.
What kinds of activities are there?
Snow getaways, tournaments, workshops, exchanges with other StepHouses, wellness activities… and a residence where there’s always something going on.
How can I book a room?
You can do it online or by talking to our team. Choose a residence, choose a room, and you're all set.
Can I visit before booking?
Yes. Book a tour, bring whoever you want, and ask anything—even about the laundry.
