LEGAL BASES – SIERRA NEVADA TRIP RAFFLE
1. Organizing company
The company StepHouse Students, S.L.U., with Tax ID number B75323006 and registered address at Calle Villanueva 2SM, Madrid, is organizing a promotional giveaway on Instagram, with the aim of rewarding people who book their ski trip with the organization within the established period.
2. Territorial scope and participants
The draw is open to individuals over the age of 18 who are residents of Spain and who also meet at least one of the following conditions:
Being a university student, or
Being a resident of StepHouse
And that they comply with all the requirements set forth in these legal terms and conditions.
3. Prize
The prize consists of a 100% refund of the cost of the trip to Sierra Nevada booked by the winner with StepHouse Students, S.L.U.
The trip includes:
Bus transportation from Madrid, Seville, Granada, or Malaga
2 nights' accommodation in an apartment
2-day pass
The trip will take place from February 27 to March 1.
The amount of the prize will depend on the city of origin of the trip and will have an approximate value of between €190 and €250.
Extras booked individually (equipment, additional insurance, activities, or other services not included in the basic package) will not be included in the refund.
The refund will be made once the winner has been confirmed and compliance with all the requirements of the draw has been validated.
4. Participation rules
To participate in the draw, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Having booked and paid for the trip to Sierra Nevada with StepHouse Students, S.L.U. before January 9.
Follow the accounts @mystephouse and @planesqui on Instagram.
Comment on the giveaway post published on both accounts' Instagram profiles.
Meet the requirement of being a college student or resident of StepHouse.
Each person may participate only once.
5. Date and method of the draw
The draw will take place on January 20 using a random selection tool (AppSorteo) from among all comments that meet the requirements.
One winner and three alternates will be selected.
6. Announcement of the winner
The winner will be announced:
By direct message (DM) on Instagram
And announced through stories on the organizers' accounts
The winner will have 48 hours to accept the prize.
If no response is received within that time frame, the prize will go to the first alternate, and so on.
7. Acceptance of the prize
Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.
The organizing company reserves the right to verify that the winner meets all the requirements for participation, including their status as a university student or resident of StepHouse.
8. Data protection
The personal data provided by participants will be processed solely for the purpose of managing this prize draw, in accordance with current data protection regulations.
