RULES OF THE AWARD
StepHouse Grand Finale — “2 Free Nights at LaTroupe or StepHouse”
1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
This contest is organized by StepHouse, student housing in Spain and Portugal, at
hereinafter referred to as “the Organizing Company.” Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these
official rules.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE AWARD
The prize consists of two (2) free nights’ accommodation for the winning team, redeemable at
any of the LaTroupe Luxury Hostels properties or at the
StepHouse student residences, subject in both cases to availability and prior approval by the relevant team.

• Seville
• Porto
The prize does not include travel, meals, or any other expenses beyond accommodation.
3. REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GRAND FINAL
This prize is exclusively reserved for individuals who participated as players in the
StepHouse Grand Final, held in Madrid on May 9, 2026. Only those who competed in that final are eligible for the prize
. Spectators, companions,
organizers, and anyone who did not actively participate as a player in the event are excluded.
Failure to play in the Grand Final in Madrid on May 9 will automatically result in exclusion from the
prize, without exception.
4. PERSONAL AND NON-TRANSFERABLE
The prize is strictly personal and non-transferable. It may not be transferred to third parties or exchanged for
its cash value or any other goods or services. The winner must verify their identity and their
participation in the Grand Final in order to claim the prize.
5. TEAM SPIRIT
The prize is intended as a group trip for the winning padel, volleyball, or soccer team of the Grand
Final, and must be enjoyed together, with as many team members as possible
staying at the same location during the same dates. It is not permitted to split the trip into separate groups or shifts
. A single stay date will be set for the entire team, and members who are unable to or choose not to
attend will forfeit their share of the prize without the right to compensation, an alternative, or a later exchange. No
individual exceptions will be made.
6. AVAILABILITY AND APPROVAL
To ensure that all information is received correctly, please notify the residence’s front desk and copy luciaguzman@stephouse.es and yaizagonzalez@stephouse.es
Use of the prize is subject to availability at the selected venue on the requested date
as well as prior approval by the LaTroupe team. StepHouse and LaTroupe
reserve the right to propose alternative dates if availability does not allow for the original request to be accommodated.
The reservation must be requested at least 15 days in advance. Final confirmation will be
subject to express approval by the LaTroupe team, who will notify the winner of the acceptance or the
available alternatives.
7. DEADLINE FOR REDEEMING THE PRIZE
The prize must be redeemed within a maximum of six (6) months from the date of the Grand Final.
If the prize has not been redeemed by the end of this period, it will be forfeited, and the Organizing Company
will be released from any obligation in this regard.
8. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
StepHouse reserves the right to modify or cancel this prize for valid reasons,
and undertakes to communicate any changes through its official channels as far in advance as
possible.
9. DATA PROTECTION
The personal data provided by participants will be processed by StepHouse for the purpose of
administering this contest, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and
Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data. Participants may exercise their rights
by contacting StepHouse through its official channels.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal terms and conditions are governed by current Spanish law. For any dispute arising
from their interpretation or application, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with
applicable regulations.
